I still remember the first day we met ,
It seems everything was already set
It’s funny to reminisce back to that time
Thinking our personalities were never meant to rhyme .
I know at first you didn’t like me ,
Because i was staring at you as if i am angry .
But all of that changed suddenly
Because you became so dear to me .
We’ve joined together as classmates as the new school year begins
You understand my ideas and listened to my dreams
When i cry , you were there to comfort me
Using your fun-filled personality .
Our friendship grow with each passing day ,
We spend our time in our own unique way .
The priceless moments that we’ve shared
Times you’ve shown me how much you cared .
I reached out to this friend to show her that i care ,
I pull her close and let her know how much i need her there .
Her hug is all i need whenever i feel bad ,
She’s the bestest friend i ever had .
I want to say THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU ,
Although you always hear me say these words to you .
Those memories we had spent together
Will surely live and last forever .
I wrote this poem to say everything to you ,
‘Cause time may come that you’ll be gone too .
I know it won’t be easy, i’ll miss you every second ,
But everything in life comes with special reason .
I wouldn’t forget your wonderful face
You are someone i could never replace
I won’t forget you though i meet someone new
A part of me will forever belong to you .
